What Avance Actually Is

Avance is a live, 30-minute mental fitness session that helps you stop abandoning yourself and start responding to your life instead of reacting to it.

It's a structured guided practice where you engage in a series of mental wellness exercises.

Most of us start the session dysregulated, stressed, and a bit chaotic. Many of us finish the session with a more grounded sense of ourselves, our needs, a sense of control and regulation. This shift supports your sense of self and your confidence in your capacity to handle what’s happening in and around you. Often it’s a deep breath, a new perspective, an insight or a recognition that awakens inside us thru this meditative, mindful, and active processing. The practice of regulating internally helps to make a difference in how we continue managing ourselves, helping us navigate the rest of the day or the problem with a better approach.
