A: No experience required. Just like starting at a gym, you begin where you are and build from there. Every workout is designed for all levels to grow in mental and emotional wellness.
Q2: What if I miss a workout?
A: All workouts stand on their own, and you won’t miss a beat. It’s like grabbing your yoga mat again and doing a move.
Q3: How is this different from therapy or coaching?
A: Think of it as the difference between talking about fitness and actually working out. We focus on building skills through practice, not discussing problems. Many people do this alongside therapy or self help for the best results.
Q4: What do I need to participate?
A: Just a quiet space where you can focus and something to write with. Avance is active for you to experience, so you’ll be practicing each exercise we guide you through - not just listening.
Q5: Do I need to talk? What if I want to?
A: No talking required during Avance. There is opportunity after Avance for any further questions, insights, suggestions. Avance Hub offers Feedback Sessions by appointment for 1:1 support.
